Help center
Short how-tos for shop owners: put the assistant on your site, connect your tools, read what shoppers ask, and fix what is not working.
Which guide is yours?
| Your shop | How the assistant gets on your pages | Where it reads your products | What you do |
|---|---|---|---|
| Shopify | The app and a switch in your theme. No code. | Shopify, with the permissions the app shows you | Install the app, switch the embed on, press Save |
| WooCommerce (WordPress) | The plugin adds the tag for you. | Your public storefront | Install the plugin, press Connect this shop |
| Magento / Adobe Commerce | One line in the theme head. | The public GraphQL address of your store | Paste the tag, flush the cache |
| Any other site | One line before the closing body tag. | Your product pages, or a product feed you point us to | Paste the tag |
Put it on your site
Pick the guide for your platform.
Install on Shopify
Five steps. No code is pasted and no theme file is changed.
Install on WooCommerce
The plugin puts the tag on your pages for you, so you paste nothing. It needs WordPress 6.5 or later, PHP 8.1 or later and WooCommerce.
Install on Magento
Magento takes the one-line tag. Products are read from your store’s public GraphQL address, the same one your storefront uses.
Install on any site with the tag
One line of code, pasted once into every page. It works on any platform that lets you add a script.
Connect your tools
Send what the assistant sees to the tools you already use.
Read what shoppers ask
Two screens that show you what to stock and what to change.
When something is not working
Check in this order. The Install tab already knows most answers.
The assistant does not show on my shop
Install already knows most answers. Look at what it says first, then use the table.
The catalogue is not updating
If new products, prices or stock do not show, the assistant is answering from an old copy. Install says why.
Bot protection and Cloudflare
Some sites show a check page to every visitor that is not a browser. Our server then gets the check instead of your products, and the catalogue stops updating. The fix is one rule on your side.
Still stuck?
Write to hello@onesite.agency. Send your shop address and what the Install tab says: it usually shows the cause.
